01

Zero charger investment

For approved properties, we fund the charger and standard installation. Your hotel gets EV-ready without buying charging equipment.

02

Revenue-linked rent

Your hotel receives an agreed share of qualifying charging revenue generated at your property—more usage can mean more earnings.

03

Fully managed operations

From payments and monitoring to maintenance and driver support, PlugAndRest keeps the charging experience running.

One aligned model

When chargers perform, we grow together.

Drivers pay for their charging sessions. The station records every transaction, and your hotel receives the agreed percentage of qualifying charging revenue as rent.

  • Earning potential grows with charger usage
  • Transparent usage and settlement reporting
  • Commercial terms tailored to each approved site

Qualifying charging revenue, deductions, taxes, electricity treatment and settlement intervals are defined in the final agreement.

The practical details

Frequently asked questions.

Have a property-specific question? Write to our partnerships team.

Is the EV charger really free for the hotel?+

At approved locations, PlugAndRest funds the charging equipment and standard installation. Any exceptional electrical or civil work is discussed before the agreement is signed.

How is rent paid to the hotel?+

Your hotel earns revenue-linked rent as an agreed percentage of qualifying charging revenue generated at the property. As charger usage grows, your earning potential grows with it. Settlement frequency, deductions, taxes and reporting are defined in the final agreement.

Who pays for the electricity?+

The electricity arrangement is agreed for each property. It may include reimbursement based on metered consumption or another mutually accepted structure.

Can people who are not hotel guests use the charger?+

Yes, where the property permits public access. Wider access usually improves charger utilisation, while operating hours and site rules remain part of the hotel agreement.

Who owns and maintains the charger?+

Unless agreed otherwise, the charger remains the property of PlugAndRest or its financing partner. We monitor the equipment and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
